Amazon is not removing the feedback which is not related to my product.

Order ID 202-0733752-6516305 The customer received the order on time and then left the following feedback: "1 Curtain? Who sells just one curtain? This is misleading and a con!! Full refund, please!" The fact is, the customer bought chocolates from me and was giving feedback related to curtains. I do not sell curtains. I explained this to Amazon, but they rejected my feedback removal request. This is very disturbing for me as a loyal seller who always tries to provide the best service, yet someone comes and leaves feedback completely unrelated to the original item they bought. I don't know where to get help to remove this fake feeback.
