My used book offers are not showing - amazon CSR giving wrong info

Listed some used offers for some books, but they are not showing on the offers list on amazon. My account is active, the used offers are active and I have an individual account. No idea whats going on.

Amazon CSR is useless and says only professional sellers are allowed to make used offers on Amazon.
