Buybox rate drop
While my buybox rate was 75%, it suddenly dropped to 3%. What could be the reason for this? Is there anything you suggest I do?

it could be that your offers have been suppressed due to images, details or even price
it could be that you have competition on your listings and the comp. is now in the BB
it could also be a glitch on the system
have you actually looked at your listings from a buyer account to see if you are in BB ? (not through your storefront as that will default to you anyway)
edit - just checked your store - your low feedback will cause loss of BB… whats your ODR ?

Mine has dropped a lot over the last couple of days from 50% to 28% but sales are not impacted.
Are your sales lower than normal or the same? If your sales are the same I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
If your sales are lower than normal then look at competition on your listings to see who is getting the buy box. Check to make sure that your listings are competitive and you have good delivery times compared to others.
It maybe an Amazon issue though with the calculation of the buy box.
