Hermes labels on Seller Fulfilled Prime
Just went to print my SFP orders and two of them printed out as Hermes labels instead of Royal Mail - but we don’t have a Hermes account! Do we need one? Do we have to book a collection or do we drop off somewhere? I didn’t even know it was an option…

Hi there, same here. We use DPD for Prime orders and even then it’s a nightmare because Amazon force you to ship to ALL UK addresses when DPD don’t offer this option (we have previously used DPD local to fulfil risking our Prime eligibility as this is then classed as being shipped “outside of Buy Shipping”) but this is a total curveball! We can ship several hundred high value parcels a day, so being forced to use Hermes is simply not viable as we have no business relationship with them, no account set up, and as far as I can tell, no insurance cover suitable for our business. You can at least cancel/refund the pre-generated Hermes label and reship using your own couriers but it’s really the last thing we need at the moment. Looks like an error rather than a calculated decision as the shipping template for Prime still seems the same.

@NeedThatGift1 - were these orders to addresses somehow different to your normal SFP orders? Our two were to undeliverable DPD addresses, so Inverness and N Ireland - all the rest were as normal.

Hi
We had the same problem and it’s sorted now. Please go to carrier preference and drag the carrier of your preference/choice from Right to left.
Now you will see only your carrier while printed SPF labels.
Thanks.

I think I found the solution, under Selected Delivery Service I was able to click Change and filter out Hermes. Don’t know if this will apply to all future orders or just on an individual SKU basis though.
