My account desactivate

I’m new seller on amazon Uk but my account has been desactivated the message I have on my perfomance notification is :’’ Why is this happening?

However the the alert I have on the same perfomance notification is : Your account has been deactivated.

then when I go to the page there no button of reactivation
if somone had or have the same issue can advise me what to do

Hi,
I just signed up today afternoon and didn’t even able to list anything as my account verification is under process. While 1st of all my card checked for £1 earlier and later after couple of hours, my card charged for £30.75 while my account still not active.
I was informed earlier that until my listed products are active, amazon won’t charge me?
