Cost of Advertising without any active advertisement

Hey,

We do not have active advertisement for last 4 weeks. However, we see a charge on our statement for the cost of advertisement. Are we missing something here? Can you please let me know if you have any idea?

Did you advertise in October at all ? Maybe the 1st week ?

The settlement period is 22/10/2021 and 05/11/2021. so we are sure that we did not give any advertisement during this period. But if we assume they included some previous advertisement costs, is there any option to see it?

I figured out the problem. 2 main things to consider:

  1. Amazon take the ad costs with a few weeks lately.
  2. In the ad tool, you see w/o VAT cost, but in the cost reports you see VAT inc. cost.
