Urgent- Image changed to incorrect image, SS useless yet again!

One of the images has changed on our image, to something toally random, and Seller support asbsoloutely uselsss. It is our own Private label listing, we are only seller, and GS1 Barcode is ours also. The explanation from SS the image has beeen seen as mire suitable from a merging lsiting, but the discription and item do not match at all can anyone here help? I have tried changing and uploading via CSV none of that has worked!

HI Matte rnow resolved, had to keep going back, in the end, they changed the participating vaslue from us. Thanks for getting back however
