I'm creating this discussion as a brand trying to help one of our resellers.
We're currently enrolled and fully protected in Brand Registry and Transparency with a few resellers enrolled in our brand portal.
A few months back, one of our resellers reached out to let us know that some of their ASINs had been suppressed and unsellable, with virtually no help from seller support, i've been trying for around 3 months to help get to the bottom of what happened. One major breakthrough is when we tried to invite them to Brand Registry, they were met with an error message:
"Account not elidable at the moment, your request to be added to the brand OUR BRAND NAME has been declined. We reserve the right to decline requests where we have identified that your account has either been involved in abusive conduct on our website or you are related to an account that was used for abusive content."
I've tried everything from a Brand POV to get this removed but we're 94 days into this situation with no clear path as to what caused the black mark and how to have it removed.
Has anyone had any success with this?
