Invoicing for Amazon Discounted items

Some of our items are discounted by Amazon (to us we pay full fees, etc and the receipt has our full price), but Amazon run their own discount scheme on the items too. I have a customer who wants an invoice (we don’t see what they have paid btw) and our invoice is £6 more than hers from Amazon. Ideas?
