Please help with our account as our fund has been under Account Level Reserved for 16 months now we're not getting any disbursement as almost all of our sales is on hold for Account Level Reserve. No one is able to tell us why the money withdrawals are blocked on our account.

We already contacted Amazon support and all of our case has been transferred and we have not received any answer.
