Suspended Account and they refuse to give me money back

They suspended my account over a year ago and are refusing to give me my money/funds back of £4,000. Over the year I’ve tried emailing appeals@amazon.co.uk, disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk. and Reactivate your account submitting my message and uploading receipts.

Every time they respond like this:
You have not sent us sufficient information that we previously requested from you to address our concerns with your account. For privacy reasons, we do not provide details about our investigation methods.

can anybody help me please ?
£4,000 + all the products I sold I never got back is a lot of money

What was the suspension reason - what documents/information are they requesting? Do you have the original suspension email/notification?

The issue is that they are missing information from you to make your payment. It could be anything from identification to bank account etc.

They are waiting for you to act, until then it will just stay there.

Somethings happened at Amazon. They are no longer user friendly. I’ve been with them for ten years and did not know about aspects of selling. No email nothing to tell me about the account and selling how I was selling and they suspended the account and will not give me my back my 10Euros. Sounds its like institutional theft.

The real problem here is that you won’t admit what you have done.

This isn’t Ebay, you want to run a business on Amazon, then you have to act like one, and that includes declaring your earnings to HMRC.

It’s blatantly clear what’s happened here, and until you hold your hands up and admit that you’ve been dodging tax, you won’t see any of that money, because Amazon has to play by the rules that HMRC set, you are clearly making money from what you have been doing, there are plenty like you, we see them every day here.

It’s not your money Del Boy, forget about it and move on to the next scheme.

Try growing cannabis in your loft, I hear that pays well until you get busted too.

If they’re never going to give you your money back, you couod give it back to the customers who purchased the product? With a statement against the refund to your liking? Just saying at least its not going towards Amazon’s unearned income then

The thing is, it is highly unlikely the OP, @mdthu, will come back to the thread, now he/she knows they could have a bit of a problem !!
