You create a shipment plan and it tells you which address to send the items to.
You then give that address and any associated labels to you alibaba supplier.
I would honestly read up on seller university first to make sure that you understand everything about sending in shipments and selling on amazon.

I’d suggest that you seriously consider where you are buying from.
With all of the additional shipping costs now, it’s nowhere near as cheap as used to be to ship from China. There is also the issues with getting items approved and so on.
Ensure that you can actually sell something BEFORE you commit money to the stock.

Do not even consider buying stock until you know you are allowed to sell and not a gated category, and much will depend on what category of goods you plan to sell as many have very strict regulations to comply with, such as labelling requirements etc, and H&S.
As Neil says, shipping from China is now much more costly.
Lots of other potential pitfalls too, so do your homework.
