I am being charged VAT - Seller support says tough luck
I am a UK Company only ship to the UK mainland I am now being charged VAT and seller support says tough everybody pays it
My profit margin is 18% so am I now out of business
What am I missing here?

If you mean VAT on fees then yes that's normal.

Example :
Items total: £113.97
VAT Total: £19.00
Grand total: £113.97
VAT Total: £19.00
Sales proceeds net of VAT: £94.97

You look to be using a virtual address which can cause issues on Amazon now. They seem to notice a lot of businesses registered to the same address and assume it is an overseas seller which triggers them to collect VAT.

As above reply, we ALL now pay VAT on seller fees, whether VAT registered or not.
