Featured Offer in the UK
Hi everyone,
We’re the sole, brand-registered seller of our product on Amazon, yet one of our ASINs was deemed ineligible for the Featured Offer. Amazon compared our price (with a £4.49 shipping fee added) to a cheaper external offer.
Our products are FBA and don’t have shipping fees, so this extra charge isn’t accurate. If this continues, we risk losing all Featured Offers. Seller Support hasn’t been helpful so far.
If anyone has faced this, I’d appreciate your advice or best practices.

They will have added the shipping fee as this would be the cost to a non prime member. The practice of comparing prices to external offers is highly flawed. Outside offers won't have to compensate for Amazon fees, they most likely just look at the product price and not add on any shipping fees.

In this thread I ask our sellers to share the ASINs where they lost the Buy Box. I then share these ASINs with the Buy Box team who check for eligibility.
Please be aware, this team does not share the outcome with me. If you want to know if you are eligible or not, you have to open a case with Seller Support.
