Help creating hardware ASINs on Amazon

Hello guys,

My company is trying to create new ASINs on Amazon within the flat washer category. However we seem to be having trouble with a particular error that appears after we’ve created the ASIN. The error is as follows:

“The value ‘’ specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value ‘’ for ASIN Z in the Amazon catalogue. If this is ASIN ‘B0BQ3N9YC6’, update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc).”

This error appears for the “Inside” - “Inside Diameter” section of the ASIN creation page. The values which are causing the error are “Inside Diameter String Value” and “Inside Diameter Unit”. We’ve measured our product correctly but Amazon doesn’t want to accept our values for these attributes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we’re finding Amazon’s customer support to be about as useful as a chocolate fireguard.
