A2Z case, Parcel Force shipping from UK to Franze, good value 400euro
Can anybody suggest what we can do after the a2z appeal fail?
France customer opened a2z case due to item not received
The goods arrived the next day, shipping by parcel force.
a2z case closed on buyer favor.
We appealed because the parcel had been delivered.
The case is held at the original decision.
Is there any way we can do to get the fee back?
The customer mentioned he bought this for his business, he was chasing us because his customer couldn’t wait.

Did Parcelforce use another firm to deliver your consignment?. If so, use updated tracking as a basis of a new appeal.

as above, but if PF got the item signed by themselves and delivered to the correct address, i’d go down the legal route. getting silly the amount of times its happening now. @Jessica, can somebody at AZ have the courtesy to come on these forums and tell us in plain english how these decisions happen and why please?
it’s getting embarrassing for AZ, it really is.
We need to invite all the world to view these forums. maybe a lot of people will understand the background workings of amazon and make some choices where they all shop!
