Account Deactivated - No Replies on Appeals
Hi,
I created a selling account at the start of the year - sent all evidence, video verification etc but the account got deactivated straight away. No listings were made. Since January 2022 had no replies on the appeals. Seems it’s just stuck.
So I created a new account, this was activated shortly after applying, and been selling on this fine for around a month.
Now the new account has been linked to the first one and I need to get that reactivated to carry on selling, however, still getting zero replies on that account. I’m unable to get it reactivated as Amazon are not replying to any messages/appeals on that account.
Amazon can you please help?!
Has anyone had any experience with similar situations?

It is not allowed to open a second account just because your first account did not get verified. Only the first account will be allowed so that is the one you need to get through verification
Post the last notification Amazon sent to you regarding the first account. They will have indicated the problem

Did you register both accounts as an individual or a business ?
What ID and docs did you upload for both account verifications ?
