Closed shipment
Hi
Amazon has automatically closed my shipment, apparently they do this if shipment has not been received after 90 days. However my shipment from China is due to arrive at the fulfillment centre in the next few days, so it’s too late to create new shipment with new box labels. Has anyone experience this and what is the best approach to rectify? Seller support have just advised to create new shipment with labels, however this is impossible as I cannot access the delivery to put new labels on.

Yep - they wont budge if you request an extension.
We’ve just had the exact same thing, had to duplicate the shipment - return it to the warehouse for re-labelling then ship back again to Amazon. All in all about £700 expense purely because they refused to grant an extension (it was 3 days past deadline).
