Utility bill verification

09/08/2023, 2023, I received an e-mail with a request to confirm the business address and provide a utility bill with a notarized translation, simply by responding to this letter and attaching the documents.
09/12/2023, 2023, I provided a utility bill with a notarized translation and sent it to the address specified in the letter siv-inform-cn@amazon.com More than a month has passed and my account is still deactivated. Please help me to understand this issue. And I'm grateful in advance for, your support.
