Packing in Mailing Bags

I'm looking to send my first order in to Amazon warehouse. I am just wondering if I can package my individual items in padded mailing bags rather than boxes. Will this be accepted?

I suggest, as this is your first shipment, that you check out Amazon Seller University for their packing guidelines - am sure you will find the info there. (I don't use FBA so cannot advise)
