Can Amazon email customers my insert cards?
Hi there, i am using Amazon FBA private labelling. I have created insert cards that i would like to be emailed to customers once they receive the product. The insert cards will be about my company and a thank you for purchasing etc. Will i have to manually email these to my customers or is there a way amazon automatically can do this for me once someone has purchased my product?

I guess whatever your product and card is, you have spent thousands of waking hours thinking about it, so it is first nature to you.
The problem is, your post makes sense to you, but to nobody else reading.
I think a bit more explanation about your product and your card may help.
But in short, probably NO.
If you have some sort of FBA product, Amazon staff won’t open it for you and put something in.
Amazon won’t email your customers who purchase your product with additional information.
What exactly are you trying to achieve ?
A bit more explanation might help somebody help you here …

Preferably have your supplier prepack the TOS guidelines with the product, as Amazon will not do this for you.
It sounds as though you are using FBA?
If you are FBM, however, then obviously you could include the insert card when you pack your orders.
TOS, Terms of sale?
You do know that your terms of sale must equal that offered by Amazon.
You cannot, for instance, have a return period of less than the 30 days which Amazon offer, or impose any conditions upon the return, since Amazon allow all customers [except certain personalised, customized and other limited items] to open a return request for any product for any reason within the first 30 days after delivery .

No, Amazon will not e-mail your buyers with any insert cards or other material and you shouldn’t be messaging them with any attachments as well.
Here is a Policy Warning notice, which another seller received after messaging his buyers with eBooks:
Any booklets or cards with instructions should be included inside the product’s box.
And Amazon is already automatically e-mailing all buyers regarding their order from you and even asking them to leave you both seller feedback and product reviews.
