Mod help in getting unfair feedback removed!
Once again the broken feedback system strikes again! Bots auto refuse to remove feedback when it should qualify for removal. A customer orders a game console, when it came new they included a pre downloaded game on it, however since it's had multiple owners and been reset the game would of been removed from the system. We clearly mentioned this in the condition comments and stated any codes, dlc or content is not included due to being second hand.
Of course the customer didn't read this and left a 1 star saying it said there was a game when it didn't! How are we to protect ourselves when we describe the items properly but the customers don't bother to look into what they're buying! Would a mod be able to assist with this as my odr is already over the limit

The only way a forum mod would intervene is if you tag them into your post, and you usually need to have opened a case with Seller Support and include your case ID.

I also sell consoles. Nothing can be done. Customers return Used consoles that are clearly listed as Used. Customer will leave negative feedback claiming they purchased brand new and received a used console. Amazon never intervene.

hi am having unfair feedback from customer who said his item arrive damage so we ask customer to return the item for replacement or refund but customer said he wants refund without return which we did say he has to return for replacment or refund she ask us to send her label prepaid which we did she kept complain she cna not open the image which was not true you can check this yoruself we send prepaid label to other customer nevr had this problem and today she left us this feedback
Item arrived promptly but was damaged. Seller wanted to have the £7 item returned before replacing it. The whole situation was frustrating and not worth anyone's time. I just wanted a working item.
as seller we do have right for item to be return we did everything within amazon policy

It's a shame when you have to assume every customer is illiterate or accept bad feedback. This should be removed for you by the Amazon team. Keep emailing them until you get an answer. And in cases like this, consider selling on another platform is the best option in future. Good luck!
