Amazon FBA account de-activated because invoice deemed forged
Since Jan 22, I have been doing a mix of retail arbitrage, wholesale arbitrage and private label on Amazon. On August 10th 22, I submitted 4 invoices to Amazon to get ungated to the Garmin brand. Out of these submitted invoices, two were accepted, but the other two were deemed forged. All of these invoices were from retailers within the UK. None of these invoices are forged but rather made by the staff in the store i.e. their Business department.
I have tried supplying Amazon with VAT invoices and receipts from the retailer that they say I forged the invoice from. I also went back to the retailer and asked the invoice to be printed on letterhead, with an authenticity stamp, signature, details of the person providing the invoice and the store details. However, this still didn’t resolve the issue and my account is still deactivated. In fact, when ringing Amazon’s account health experts, I was told that due to the handwritten element, this is forged (which makes me think they haven’t checked what the handwritten element is).
I have contacted Amazon’s account health experts multiple times on numerous occasions and raised it to them asking them to check the details of the invoice and help me find a solution to this problem. Unfortunately, the only response I am getting is for me to wait or send a plan of action saying I have forged the invoice. I have rung them almost every day for nearly the past month since this issue was appealed and I still have not been reinstated. Any help on this topic would be much appreciated. Thank you guys!
