  Hello, 
  We have applied for a UK Trade Mark and the trade mark is published but not yet registered due to delays caused by the pandemic. 
  My question is if we can still register the brand on Amazon, while the brand is not registered ?

  <p>The trademark is published to allow others a period of time to oppose it. If it’s not registered then my understanding is it’s not currently enforceable so it’s unlikely you’d be able to register the brand with Amazon.</p>
