The ad manager seems to be working fine on my end. The error message you’re seeing could potentially be due to rate limiting. If you’ve loaded multiple pages or performed several actions in a short period of time, this might have triggered it.
Try waiting for a few minutes (around 10 minutes) and then reload the campaign manager. If the issue persists, clearing your browser cache or trying a different browser might help.
