Stranded inventory

Hi
all of my asins have been made inactive ,and the inventory has been stranded for about a week, tried every method there is to rectify this but nothing changed . the listing is fba private label model ,our own brand ,working fine in other accounts in uk and usa . but on our main account everything is stranded .
kindly share if someone else facing the same issue in uk
