Royal Mail Signed For help

It’s been a while since I have sent anything signed for. Have an OBA. I know there is changes all the time so can anyone give me a wee update.

My Royal Mail account manage did not respond😏 as usual

I am sending multiple packages signed for. Can I put them all in the one bag & one invoice? Do I put the invoice in bag or hand it to post office ?

They kept changing how things were done, so what’s the play now?

Help appreciated thanks

Hi
I have a OBA account
I put all the signed for 1st or 2nd class in separate bags
I then print out 2 x invoices one in the bag and hand one to the
Counter in the sorting office “delivery office”
I think it is the same in the post office as well

1st class and 2nd class needs to be in separate bags, you place signed for and unsigned in the same bags, so all 1st together and all 2nd together.

I never put a Manifest in the bags, only hand one to the person collecting, or one to the delivery office etc. In your case you hand the manifest to the Post Office clerk

Some Post Offices can be difficult and may want to count the items, but you won’t know until you have tried the first time.
