Polish customer requesting Invoice

Hi, I have had a Polish customer request an invoice. Normally, I go into their order and Amazon have one I can send the customer. However, this time the item is still shown as pending. Do they have to wait until Amazon have despatched the item?

Yes they do.

If Amazon have one you can send the customer, it is likely they can access that also. I usually direct them to that and state it’s on their order page.
