Listing blocked and stock reserved pending SDS still inactive
Hello, I have been trying to get my product relisted for a couple of weeks now. My listing was blocked without any notification when I raised a support case I was asked to provide a SDS for the punchair repair kit that is a simple stick on patch. I got this SDS created and uploaded it. A week went by and I heard nothing and the listing was still blocked so, I raised another case, I was then asked to complete an exemption form for the rest of the kit, which I did and uploaded it. Again days went by, I heard nothing and the listing was still blocked so I raised another case, then I was asked to add more detail by adding in the weight of each component within the kit. I did that and uploaded it on Monday this week, again the listing was still blocked and I had not received any notification so on Thursday I tried asking for help via the online chat and was told all I needed to do was change my listing slightly, they suggested just changing something small like a full stop and then re saving/publishing it and my listing would be unblocked and live again soon.. It is still blocked now on Saturday morning. I am desperate to try and get this resolved but whatever I do I seem to get no notification from Amazon and everytime I chase it I am told to do something new but it never gets resolved. Is it ever going to be? What can else can I do? Any help appreciated.
My latest reply to another support case I raised at the same time as I made this post was the same letter I have been sent before with all the info on how to complete an SDS or exemption sheet I have been through it to check again and the only potential issue is point 4 .
4. Make sure the “We have checked” box of the table you are filling in is ticked as complete.
There is no check box that I can see on the exemption sheet, is this the issue? Please can someone show me where this check box is?

Hi @Seller_TtmJqTZvIhGZp
Can you please share the latest case ID with seller support, so I can take a look at your situation?
Christine.
