Estimated delivery date missing from some listings
Hi
I noticed yesterday that on many of my listings the estimated delivery date is not being displayed. But on some listings it is. Doing a few searches I found that many items from other sellers also have the delivery date missing whilst others did not.
on this search you can see a mix, some with dates and some without.
I contact support and got this response
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
Due to COVID-19’s impact on carrier delivery times, we may temporarily increase the standard transit time and thereby extend the delivery promise to our customers. This will affect only the delivery promises that customers see on the Amazon website and not the handling time in your Seller Central account. As long as you ship the items by the promised shipped date, your performance metrics will not be impacted.
I can’t see why some items have dates and some do not. All my items are sent RM 2nd, 2 day dispatch time.
And i’m thinking if my competitors have delivery dates shown and I do not then they have the advantage.
Any ideas?

Hi I looked at a few only noticed on the personalised heart one, in edit is your handling time set this is my only thought if not I have no idea sorry.
