Amazon Lending - Not acknowledging payment
Hi, We sent a rather large payment to our Amazon Lending on 20th March. We followed their onscreen instructions using the ref we were given, payment would have been received by them within hours. it still does not show as being received and applied against our account on 8th April. We have emailed them several times and are getting no response. we have been charged interest since that would have been substantially different had they applied the payment. We are now worried to send additional payments. Anyone heard form them about a problem or have any advice on how to get through to them? Thanks!
