~3000 units stuck in fulfillment center processing status for over a month
This is not related to receiving as these have been in inventory for an entire year.
I'm familiar with fulfillment center transfer status but Fulfillment center processing is quite nebulous and these units have been stuck there for months now. These are seasonal items and their season is about to end.
What is this status and how do I resolve it?

Did you get anywhere with them on this? Ours is the same. Multiple tickets opened and they either close them without resolution or simply respond telling us they have sent it to their internal team.
The only change we saw was the stock briefly being released and a couple of orders coming through, before it went back into FC Processing status again.
Imagine if we treated the customers like Amazon treats it's sellers. I wonder how fast the suspend hammer would have come down.
