Shipment plan closed after 90 days, unable to book delivery

Shipment plan closed after 90 days, unable to book delivery

I have a shipment which my delivery partner is trying to book in but it appears Amazon have closed the shipment plan because it’s been open for more than 90 days. I’ve searched this issue in the forums and it looks like some people had success with asking Amazon to reopen the plan. I asked but they denied the request and said plans cannot be reopened. Others on the forum have said Amazon will continue to receive deliveries for closed shipments but mine was refused due to the status according to my delivery partner.

Any advise on how to proceed, the most obvious solution would be to create a new shipping plan but then I would need to relabel all my units because the shipping ids will be different.

you wouldn’t need to relabel all the units - just the outer boxes or pallets with the shipping label
