Package shipped by FBA and returned by UPS due to operator error
An FBA-shipped package was returned by UPS due to a UPS operator error, and the tracking information has not been updated in my Amazon account. What should be done in this case?

Hi @Llevele,
Thanks for the post. The claim process is to contact UPS, but I have seen experiences from other sellers where they found resistance when filling claims. Take a peak at this thread where another member of this community went through similar claims and found workarounds that might be helpful to your case.
