Account verification
Hi guys I am currently new to Amazon and I am in the process of getting my account verified, I registered as a sole proprietor and I gave in all the required documents such as bank statement, passport and UTR number. After I gave all that information to Amazon they came back to me and said they require more information, they required a letter of authorisation. I had no clue what a letter of authorisation was but I don’t some research and I was able to find a template that I sent to them. They emailed me a few hours later saying that they weren’t able to verify me without any reason. Now I don’t what to do I’ve emailed them and opened cases in seller central but still no help. Can someone please please help me. I would really appreciate it thank you!!!

Just out of interest, what exactly are you the ‘Chief Executive Officer’ of if you are a sole trader?

There seems to be a misunderstanding somewhere here. If the OP is a sole proprietor I.e a self employed individual, where does a company come into it? A company is a separate legal entity which is why a person need a letter of authorisation to act on its behalf. A sole trader doesn’t need a letter of authorisation as the trading entity and the individual are the same thing.
Is there any chance you have somehow told Amazon that you are trading through a limited company?
