Hello Sellers & Amazon Support,
I am facing an issue with enrolling my registered trademark in Amazon Brand Registry. Here’s the situation:
I filed a trademark application with the USPTO and later received my official trademark registration.
Before my trademark was registered, another party also filed for the same brand name, but their application was later rejected, and their trademark status is now dead.
Despite this, the other party successfully enrolled the brand in Amazon Brand Registry.
Now, when I try to enroll my registered trademark, Amazon rejects my application, stating that the brand is already enrolled.
I contacted Amazon Brand Registry Support multipletimes CASEI D 17492359771, but they told me to contact the current brand owner to be added as a user. However, that person does not have an active trademark, and I am the legal trademark owner.
My Questions: @Seller_PIHyltK09pbl3 @Seller_RSwABJNHpHnEZ@Seller_l7Jtck9jxnEA0@Seller_4GjtS9k0cnHHv@Seller_guPeMXBrBxqyU
How can I reclaim control of my brand on Amazon Brand Registry since I am the rightful trademark owner?
Has anyone faced a similar situation, and how did you resolve it?
What is the best way to escalate this case to Amazon so they recognize my trademark rights?
I have all the necessary proof, including my USPTO registration certificate and documentation showing that the other trademark is dead. Any guidance on how to move forward would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance for any advice!
