Suspended due to Company Share info

I am a privately owned business and have been suspended for not providing company shares info. I have send the information as requested by Amazon, but it keeps getting rejected. I have sent various other evidence based docs and these are rejected! Has anyone else had similar? NO-ONE in Amazon can help, they all say the products I sell are active and they are not, sick of the scripted responses and crap customer service. If anyone has advice that would be great.
