VTR DEFECT
Hi, i am using DHL ecommerce for delivires. For the past 2 months my VTR is gone down to 43% even though tracking has been uploaded each time for every order.
Seller support is clueless about it.
I use carrier 'dhl ecommcerce'
and in 'delivery service 'dhl 24' as i use next day delivery with DHL.
Can anyone please shed some light on this, where am i going wrong?

As I mentioned in one of the many DHL threads, you need to use "DHL Parcel UK" as the carrier and "NEXT DAY" as the service, not DHL 24.
This works.

The whole thing is a mess. Our VTR has gone from 100% to 50% since we switched from DPD to DHL e-commerce.
