IP Complaint from rights owner

Hi, hoping for some help please from the admins.

Complaint number: 9956915622

So I had an IP complaint on July 8 (parallel import), I immediately contacted the rights owner to apologise and said I would remove my stock and delete the listing from my inventory, they said fine, asked for my store name to check and told me they'd retract the complaint. I've sent them 4 emails now and they appear to be ignoring me.

I've also submitted my invoice twice to Amazon, both times have been refused even though all the details are present (order date, my address, the product, quantity and supplier address). I have highlighted the right parts in colour on my second submission but still not approved.

If admin on here could help in anyway that would be much appreciated.

Invoices are no help to you in this scenario. You need the rights owner to send Amazon a retraction of their complaint - quoting your Merchant Token number.
