Whistl - Delivery Service Slow Poor Good or Bad
Hi,
Does anyone else on here use them for there deliveries?
Just want to know what people think, we have had lots of issues of them processing other companies mail on our account so we are paying it, lots of losses or items mislaid / delayed.
Just wondered if we are the only ones affected as that is all we keep getting told…

Hi,
I’ve used them whilst working at my previous company. Apparently it was a really bad experience, we were charged extra for parcels for no apparent reason without notice or explanation as to why. We finally found out what happened after finally getting through to a manager. Basically they charged our large letters as packets for over a year, without letting us know which cost us just under £17k.
The customer service is really bad, as well as the slow delivery service. They say 2-3 days delivery however, after 3 days it’s still at their warehouse and customer don’t receive goods for like 5-7 working days.
We changed over to Royal Mail (costs a little more but worth it) and everything was running smooth after that. Decreasing our customer complaint emails from 80-90 a day to 10-15.
After my experience I wouldn’t really recommend them, but other people may have different stories.
