I recently had a number of products bullet points removed and Amazon gave no useful informaiton as to why, seller support were exactly as useful as you'd expect:

"Regarding ASIN{redacted], we see that bullet points updated is not as per our product detail page rule policy.

-Do not use hyphens, symbols, periods, or exclamation points."

Periods, as in Full Stops!?

Hi everyone hope someone can help.

Some of the product i am Selling are showing late delivery Date Despite being on Prime shipping template however other products are showing next day Delivery. has anybody got clue about this or how to fix this.
