Amazon payment account has been temporarily deactivated
Hi All,
Hopefully you can help me - I recently started selling on Amazon FBA. I incorrectly listed my business as a Sole Proprietor which was flagged once i provided my UTR. My account was suspended due to this reason. I have since updated all the required information and provided the required documentation.
I received a performance notification yesterday that all documentation has been verified and I can start selling again, however my account is still showing suspended nearly 15 hours later.
What else can i do to get this resolved - I have a shipment arriving on Saturday , will this be rejected due to my account being suspended?

Recently, there was an increase of sellers reporting getting notices advising them that their accounts were successfully activated following a suspension or verification only to have them still left in a Suspended status.
In this case, I can only suggest you to e-mail the Seller Performance or open a case with the Seller Support where you will attach a screenshot of the reinstatement notice and request them to update your account status.
