Random Adding of Products Onto EU Marketplaces

Over the last couple of weeks products are being randomly added onto EU Marketplaces. Mostly it is Germany but I have had one on Spain as well This seems to happen when I list a product or add another condition to a product Is anyone else experiencing this? I am having to check every day now that no products have been listed on an EU marketplace.
