I have a GTIN Exemption for a category, however my products are still

I have GTIN exemption for Home & Garden category, which leads to Invitations (Also Toys & Games which leads to Invitations)

I am unable to list a product in Home & Garden as I am being requested for a product ID

I was advised to reapply for GTIN exemptions and contacted Amazon three times, to no avail.

Anyone had this issue who may be able to help?

Are you putting the brand name is exactly as you did on the exemption?

I have exemption and once I put my brand name in then it allows me to continue without filling in the product id boxes

Also depending when you got exemption it may take 24 hours or so to update on the system

are you gated in the toys and games category ?
