Amazon shipped to Australia from USA
I wasn't aware my branded product could ship anywhere Amazon chose. The product is FBA and I had a customer from Australia contact me because the item was damaged.
How do I see where products have been sent ? What is my cost and why wasn't I notified?

Most sellers are enrolled automatically in FBA Export by default. To check your FBA Export enrollment status, click Fulfillment by Amazon in the Settings drop-down menu and go to the Export Settings group.
The link above includes information on how to see what products are eligible and how to "Exclude countries or products from FBA Export shipments."
