Adding accountant to just view reports etc
I am trying to add my accountant to access our account to view reports etc.
I have added them through user permissions and they have accepted. I am now trying to manage the permissions but in doing so it's asking for their personal details, addresses, Id information etc.
Why is something so simple so difficult? Any help is appreciated as I'm pulling my hair out!

haven’t added a secondary user for a while, but it used to be that was only required if the secondary user was having to deal with returns/refunds. A message normally popped up at the point of adding teh user to make this choice. If they weren’t dealing with returns/refunds, you generally didn’t need to provide proof of ID etc
However it could now be the case that amazon need this info for all secondary users, in which case, you may not have much of a choice - the accountant will just need to supply this information.

Just remember if they do this with other amazon companies and then one gets deactivated, you could be too
