Hi there

This isn’t an Amazon order… but a customer that is really thick skinned on another platform. We have an RM24 GPS scan at their address ( not half way down the street etc ) - and this customer is still insisting they have not received delivery. I think this person doesn’t understand what GPS means or the implications.

RM wont entertain such a claim as its a nailed on delivery. Is there a way I can ask RM to investigate / take action. Also is there a way that I can shift the burden to the customer to challenge the GPS? or Perhaps file a claim on their behalf?

Absolutely sick of chancers waisting time… and this seems to be happening more and more.

Depends on the platform. If it’s Ebay, for example, they’ll side with you based on the delivery scan.
