Fba orders pending

I have several orders that are still in pending status and not being completed. Has anyone had this issue? And the reasons why would this happen? Thanks

Quite a few reasons really, the most common being that they are in the basket but have not been completed or waiting for payment confirmation.

I can get orders in pending status for up to 1 week in which time they either go through or drop out.
