No Option to Reduce Shipping Time?
Hey Guys,
I recently started listing my product on Amazon to sell but the delivery date is showing as 6 - 8 days which is way longer than what it takes us to deliver it.
I have tried to reduce this by editing my Transit time in my shipping template but I can’t set it to less than 2 - 3 days.
I have also tried to reduce the handling time in my General Shipping settings but do not have the option to edit??
Any help would be greatly appreciated - screenshots below.

Amazon adjust the delivery dates shown to potential buyers based on a wide range of metrics. Not the most well received thing Amazon have done, but there isn’t really a way to stop them doing it.
Can’t help with any of your edits since i’m currently FBA only.

We have had the same thing happen this week. We have sold on Amazon for years and this week our estimated delivery times show from 10 - 14 days for customer to see on the advert page. Our shipping settings and handling times are all set to minimum, we ship same day (prior to 2pm) on a 48hr service. All our metrics are in the green but we did have some customers leave us negative feedback for delayed deliveries over the last month in the bad weather and I can only guess Amazon have taken the word of 3 customers out of 1000’s and have taken it upon themselves to extend our EDD. I have been in contact with Amazon all day and nobody can help. We have lost 100’s of buy box positions and it is hurting sales badly. As usual Amazon rep’s either do not understand or have the ability to help. I have seen many articles regarding this on various forums and have yet to find anyone who has resolved the issue. Another great Amazon Idea to help us sellers !!
