Account Deactivated Incorrectly

@Seller_pXiU6IvYm8DUt

My Amazon seller account was deactivated incorrectly, and I believe this was a mistake. I have reviewed Amazon’s policies and ensured compliance with all guidelines. However, my account was deactivated without clear justification.

I would appreciate a detailed explanation of the reason for deactivation and guidance on the necessary steps to reinstate my account. Please review my case and provide any specific actions I need to take to resolve this issue.

Looking forward to a prompt resolution.

You won't get it here - this is just a forum for other sellers. The sellersupport you have tagged is in fact just another seller with a confusing username.

Normally it advises the reason for deactivation in your email from amazon, or check Performance Notifications

Don't think a resolution will be forthcoming on this one.

Generally Amazon don't make mistakes, well that is what they believe anyway so telling them a mistake has been made and they haven't justified it will probably not help you. Also please note there does appear to be a lot of AI that is involved in making such decisions on your account.

I assume they have sent you a notification with a breif description to tell you why and I'm afraid they will not go into detail. Sometimes Amazon only need to suspect there could be an issue with your account to determine that they do not wish to continue.

You should have received something leading up to the deactivation and this should be in your performance notifications. You may want to take out some personal details and post a copy of your notice with the part showing the generic reason your account has been deactivated and you may got some useful advice or reason from another forum member.

If the reason is a little vague you maybe lucky and get a forum moderator to have a query on your behalf.

Thank you for your perspective. I understand that Amazon relies heavily on automated systems and may not provide detailed explanations for account deactivations. However, in my case, the deactivation seems to be linked to ASINs that I have never listed or sold. Despite my efforts to communicate this and provide the necessary documentation, I continue to receive generic responses requesting a Letter of Authorization (LOA) or License Agreement (LA) for these non-existent ASINs. This situation is frustrating, and I'm seeking advice on how to effectively address it.
